Lost items

Once a package is shipped and assigned a packing and shipping number, it's no longer the responsibility of alden + rose. We use USPS and UPS for all shipments, so all lost package disputes must go through them.


alden + rose doesn't issue refunds for returns. If you've changed your mind about a product you ordered, send it back, and we'll give you store credit toward your next BOSS purchase. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Once all items are received and evaluated, a credit will be issued to your account. All items must be returned in their original condition.
This means:
The clothing can not be washed
There can not be any holes or stains
alden + rose tags must be on original clothing
If the clothing is not in good condition and tags are not on, you will not receive a refund. The clothing item will be sent back, and no credit will be issued. Credits will only be applied to your account after the clothing is received and reviewed by the alden + rose team.
If the clothing is damaged upon arrival, please send a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order to We'll give you a choice between getting a refund or store credit. You will also have the option to do an exchange if the item is still in stock.
All bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, shoes, accessories and jewelry are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing, store credit should hit our account after 5-10 business days
Once your returned is processed you will receive an email with your E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on our website
Store credit will never expire
We do NOT cover free shipping labels for international orders, PO BOX addresses or APO addresses

PLEASE include your invoice and eligible items in the return package
PLEASE obtain tracking for your records. We are not responsible for RETURNED item/s until it is delivered to our business.
Shipping and Handling charges and non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless item has arrived damaged. All store credit refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s), but not the cost of shipping.
If the item(s) arrive damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order). You will not be responsible for shipping fees as well as if the clothing is out of stock you will receive store credit.


After you place an order it will be processed within 5 hours unless your order is placed after 3PM MST, or a non business day (Saturday, Sunday and holidays). In that case your order will be processed the following business day.

All SALE items are final sale and are not allowed to be returned.

Membership Cancellation

Echelon Memberships are required to join our society for a 12 month period, sorry boss but it is a good thing and all good things require a commitment. However, we get it, you need a break, so all we ask is this...

We must receive a written notice within 48 hours of when your account will be charged, via email with your account name, address, email and phone number. Once we receive this information, your membership will be canceled for the following month.

If you don't receive an email confirming cancellation within 48 hours, that means your email was not received. At this point, please contact us at
