Return Policy

Changed your mind about a product you ordered? Send it back and we'll give you store credit toward your next fabulous purchase.

DAMAGED ITEM OR MISTAKES:
Did your item arrive damaged? Didn’t get what you ordered? Snap a pic to us within 24 hours of receiving your order to hello@aldenandrose.com. Once confirmed, we'll give you a choice between an exchange, a refund or store credit. You are not on the hook for shipping if this is your situation.


EXCHANGES*:
Is your item not quite right? We would love to help you exchange it! Check the website to confirm we have the size you want and shoot us an email at hello@aldenandrose.com within 24 hours so we can hold it. Ship your item back to us and we’ll pop the new size in the mail. Terms apply.


RETURNS*:
Changed your mind? alden + rose is happy to help! Email us at hello@aldenadnrose.com to let us know you are interested in a return. Ship your item back to us and we will supply a refund credit to your account for your next boss purchase. Terms apply.


*TERMS:
These terms apply to exchanges and returns. Always include the order number in the subject and/or body when you contact us. Original shipping and handling charges are entirely non refundable unless your item arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped. Please ship returns and exchanges to: 410 Helen Road, Belgrade, MT 59714. We do not cover return shipping for returns or exchanges. When packaging a return, please include your invoice label with your eligible items in the return package and retain your tracking number. You can find your invoice label on the back of your shipping label, which will be adhered to the front of your package. We are not responsible for returned items until they are delivered to our return address. All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.
Original condition is defined as:

  • Original item ordered;
  • The clothing cannot be washed;
  • The clothing cannot be torn, ripped, stained or stretched;
  • Original alden + rose tags must remain attached.

If the clothing item(s) is not in original condition, the clothing item(s) will be sent back, and no credit will be issued and return shipping will be charged.

Once items arrive, please allow 1-3 business days for item evaluation and return processing. All refunds and credits will be for the price of the returned item(s) minus the original shipping and handling cost. If a refund is processed: please allow 5-10 business days for account credit. If store credit is processed: please allow 48 hours for store credit to be emailed. Store credit will never expire.

SHIPPING:
Orders will be processed within 12 hours if placed M - F, 8 AM - 3 PM. If an order is placed outside business hours or on a non business day (Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays), it will be processed the following business day. All packages are shipped with 3 day shipping and insurance up to the value of your item(s). We never cover free shipping labels for international orders or APO addresses.


LOST ITEMS:
Once a package is shipped and you receive a tracking number, the package liability falls to the shipping carrier. Your tracking number will list the specific shipping carrier used. The easiest way to dispute a lost package is to contact them via their website.
